Your Role As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our management team, particularly the CEO. You will gain insights into various areas of the company, allowing you to utilize your personal strengths and interests and continue to develop. Your Workplace You will work at one of our locations in Kempten or Munich. Your Responsibilities

  • You will independently manage strategic (cross-functional) projects and implement them with a focus on results
  • You will oversee your projects, monitor progress, and involve necessary stakeholders to successfully implement projects
  • You will assist in the creation of business plans
  • You will conduct target-actual analyses and, if necessary, reporting, and derive measures to achieve planning goals
  • You will develop and implement scalable processes for successful company growth
  • You will support in upcoming fundraising and project financing
  • You will support sustainable growth in various areas of the company
  • You will assist the CEO with organizational and administrative tasks as needed

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a business degree (e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, or a degree at the interface of business and technology)
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, business development, or comparable relevant experience
  • You enjoy working with external parties (customers, investors), have excellent communication skills, and a competent demeanor
