    Work with management team to hire, manage, and supervise the performance of the sales departmentMonitor showroom traffic and oversee salespeople to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction ratings of the dealershipBe proficient in Elead CRM software including all CRM functions and desking toolsMake daily follow-up calls for all unsold clients who visit our showroom or contact via phone or internetCoach sales team through each step of the sales process and help close dealsMaintain vehicle inventory and monitor likes/dislikes, lost sales, and sales history analysis to determine what to stockEnsure proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a sales and traffic control systemEstablish and enforce product-knowledge standardsHandle customer complaints immediately and in accordance to dealership guidelinesJob Requirements & Qualifications:Previous Sales Manager experience is preferredMaintain Professional AppearanceExcellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skillsGoal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsProficient knowledge of dealership computer systemsPrevious industry knowledge and overall knowledge of operations, management, and customer relationshipsMust have valid driver's licenseWhy Jim Ellis?Jim Ellis Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated company with over 50 years of experience in the automotive industry.
