- Bachelors degree in Engineering required (Structural, Civil or Mechanical)
- Current EIT or ability to obtain within 9 months
- Minimum three years experience in the building products industry
- Must be self-motivated, creative, and willing to learn and adapt
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and the integration of the faade to the structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency utilizing computer resources to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks and projects
