Overview:
Duties:
- Assist stylists with various tasks to ensure smooth salon operations
- Greet and checkin clients, providing excellent customer service
- Support retail sales by recommending products and assisting with purchases
- Manage salon appointments using salon software
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
- Mentor junior staff members as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a salon or similar environment
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in promoting products
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Experience with straight razor techniques is a plus
- Cosmetology license or willingness to pursue one is preferred
Job Types:

$ $21.46 per hour
