Your tasks

With our program for high school graduates, you combine the apprenticeship as a "Retail Salesperson" with the further training as a "Certified Retail Specialist IHK" your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
During the practical phases in the store, you will learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure quality, freshness, and cleanliness for a successful shopping experience
Whether it's restocking and presenting products, managing inventory, or working at the cash register: you roll up your sleeves and give it your all
We also train you in employee management so that you can soon take on your first shift on your own
To further develop your skills, you will participate in various trainings and seminars you will also obtain the IHK trainer certificate
The theory phases take place in block lessons at an external training center (any travel/accommodation costs will be reimbursed)
