Role Overview:

As a Lead Manager, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners, playing a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact with homeowners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing sales contracts.
  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of investors.
  • Analyze investment opportunities for viability.
  • Challenge the status quo and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:


  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Experience in sales.

Compensation:


  • Base Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions.
  • Management Compensation available through promotion.
