Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team to help provide BHP supervision.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Supervise BHPs, individual and group
• Meet with families and clients
• Implement evidencebased behavioral interventions and strategies to model and support
• Occasionally provide direct patient care, including conducting sessions and monitoring progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Provide training and guidance to caregivers and BHPs involved in the client's care

Skills:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

This is part-time position. Hours can be flexible, however the majority are during after school. Summer time and school vacations/holidays will allow for flexibility in scheduling.

Pay negotiable. Immediate start preferred.
