Multi-Site Maintenance Technician Wanted

Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a dedicated
Maintenance Technician to join our team across multiple sites.

Properties included and locations:
Grierson in Decatur, Lyon in Paw Paw, and Mcdowell in Hartford MI. (On-call rotation to include Corcoran in Gobles, White in Bloomingdale and Pritchard in Allegan)

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs at various locations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality.
On call rotation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1year related experience or training.
High school or GED equivalent preferred.
Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Valid Driver's License.
Capable of lifting 50lbs.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
