    Description
    Job Title : Lead Developer - (NodeJs/React-NextJs/CICD/REPO Management)
    Location: Dallas, TX ( Day 1 Onsite)
    Duration :Long Term Contract
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers by setting clear technical direction, providing mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.
  • Architecture and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using , React, and .
  • CICD Implementation: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
  • Repository Management: Oversee code repositories, branching strategies, and version control systems to ensure codebase integrity and collaboration efficiency.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Security: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our applications and data.
  • Team Building: Participate in the recruitment and on boarding of new team members as needed.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead in and React/ projects.
  • Strong expertise in CICD tools and practices.
  • Experience with repository management and version control systems (., Git).
  • Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
