For several of our clients, including leading M&A and investment banking boutiques with a focus on large to mid-cap transactions, we are currently looking for Analysts (m/f/d) for M&A in direct placement (permanent) in Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities.

  • Active involvement in national and international transactions
  • Project-specific valuation analyses, including DCF, trading multiples, comparable transaction multiples, and LBO analyses
  • Detailed combinations, transaction structuring, and other financial analyses
  • Preparation of presentations for client meetings, board presentations, management presentations, etc.
  • Support in developing new business areas
  • Daily interaction with the senior leadership team and client management teams

Your profile.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with the ability for strategic thinking
  • Basic knowledge in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, financial modeling, and corporate strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Commercial thinking and proactivity
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience/relevant internships in investment banking, private equity, and/or strategy consulting
