Description

OZ Digital LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

You will serve as the first point of contact for any customer inquiries or issues, and will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.


Requirements:


  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve prompt and appropriate resolutions.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and followup.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and provide basic technical support.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer support.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer support experience.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
