What can you expect?

• You will coordinate external project partners and suppliers on behalf of end customers and act as a single point of contact for sub-project management and specialist departments
• You will monitor and document project progress, adhere to budgets and timelines, and ensure timely flow of information
• You will manage, secure, and distribute project documentation to specialist departments, review technical project documentation for content and quality, and create technical planning documents
• You will plan, coordinate, and accompany factory acceptance tests (FAT), installation and commissioning of equipment, and technical acceptance of equipment (SAT)

What should you bring?

• You ideally have a degree as a technician or master in a technical field or a completed (post-)graduate degree in a technical discipline such as building services engineering, plant electronics, or in pharmacy, chemistry, VT, biotechnology
• You have good knowledge of common MS Office programs and are willing to familiarize yourself with project management software solutions
• You are polite and diplomatic and can assert yourself well
• You have some professional experience and have a good level of English, both spoken and written, and speak fluent German
