Verplanck is looking for a qualified nursing professional as a nursing expert (m/f/d) for quality inspections.

We provide consulting services to statutory health and nursing insurance companies in Berlin and Brandenburg on all social medical and nursing-related issues.

Our tasks are as diverse as we are:
recommending nursing levels, conducting quality inspections in hospitals and nursing facilities, assessing rehabilitation services, and much more. Our focus is on the individual. Together, we work professionally and independently to promote social medicine in the interest of the insured.

We are currently seeking nursing professionals as nursing experts (m/f/d) to join our Quality Inspections department in Brandenburg and Berlin as soon as possible.

Your profile:

• Degree in nursing (health and (pediatric) nursing or elderly care)
• Further training in leadership/management and quality management or a completed nursing-related degree
• Extensive nursing experience, ideally in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Ideally several years of experience as a nursing director or in quality management
• Competence in empathetic communication, assessment skills, and proficiency in modern communication and information technology
• Sense of responsibility, dedication, resilience, and teamwork
• Interest in continuous professional development
• Mobility with a valid driver's license and driving experience Your tasks:

• Assessment of the quality of outpatient, inpatient, and semi-inpatient nursing facilities in accordance with §§
