The need:


We are seeking an experienced manufacturing and operational consultant to help and assist with a plan for future volume scale of our products.

This individual will help scale manufacturing volume more efficiently at a lower cost while being focused on improving yield. This will likely be part time 15-30 hours over the course of the next few months. Must be willing and able to come on site as needed.


Duties:


  • Must be comfortable giving clear direction on strategic initiatives and be able to participate in defining a future state for manufacturing processes
  • Must be able to help with expansion of manufacturing lines with an end goal too produce greater volume and decrease costs
  • Assist with rearchitecture of clean rooms as necessary

Requirements:


  • Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Operations, or equivalent experienced
  • Individual with prior volume scaleup experience preferably with catheters
  • Experience with chemistry based processes a strong plus
  • Leadership experience within a small company
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent strategic planning and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making datadriven decisions

Job Types:

$ $130.00 per hour
