Crown Connect is hiring for a Lead Press Operator - Komori Sheetfed.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate printing presses to produce highquality prints
Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy and quality
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
Troubleshoot issues with the press as they arise
Follow job specifications regarding layout design, color management, and print advertising
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all printing processes
Communicate effectively with production staff regarding any issues or concerns
Quality corrections are imperative, watching color throughout jobs
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to adhere to safety procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude is a must
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Selfmotivated and proactive
Excellent organizational skills

Specifications:

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

/ Day shift

Salary dependent on experience
Overtime as needed (occasional)
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
