We are looking for a Debt Management Clerk (m/f/d) for our Debt Management Department in the Human Resources and Legal Department to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Salary according to qualifications and responsibilities based on TV-L

The Debt Management team is responsible for collecting civil claims for the University Hospital Münster and some of its subsidiaries. They independently manage the entire legal debt collection process, from filing a payment order to obtaining a writ of execution and carrying out the subsequent enforcement measures.

Your responsibilities:


  • You independently manage the legal debt collection process and subsequent enforcement measures against private patients, self-payers, and other debtors to collect outstanding debts.
