Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will act as the client and manage and coordinate external planners and consultants (from LP 6 HOAI)
You will review design and work results for design requirements, costeffectiveness, and compliance with legal and technical standards
You will be responsible for negotiating, awarding, and settling subcontractor contracts
You will be in charge of onsite construction management, conducting VOB acceptance inspections, and controlling and reporting on the project

Our Requirements:

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture
As a civil engineer/architect (m/f/d), you have gained extensive knowledge in project or construction management during your professional career
You have good knowledge of NBauO, EnEV, VOB, construction contract law, as well as relevant DIN standards and
