Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic and expanding apparel wholesale/importer of women's garments and accessories located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to clients and ensuring a seamless production process. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Production Assistant.

Job Description:
As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with all aspects of production needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Facilitating prompt communication between clients and factories, both domestic and abroad.
Evaluating and submitting samples to clients.
Processing orders and handling related details.
Ordering trims and tickets.
Ensuring a smooth production process by effectively coordinating between various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the relay of communications between clients and factories.
Evaluate and submit samples to clients.
Process orders and manage related details efficiently.
Order trims and tickets as required.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless production operations.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, typing).
Prior garment industry experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
Self-motivated and a quick learner, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced industry.
Excellent writing and effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly efficient.
Open communication and team player mentality.
Willingness to settle into this position and grow with the company on a long-term basis.
