On behalf of a senior care facility near Bad Bevensen, we are looking for you as a PDL/ Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.


YOUR TASKS:


  • Management and coordination of the nursing team
  • Ensuring highquality care
  • Implementation and compliance with nursing standards and concepts
  • Planning and organizing work schedules and processes
  • Responsibility for the professional and personal development of employees
  • Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and family members
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of projects for the further development of the facility

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), e.g. in geriatric care, health care, or pediatric nursing
  • Managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
  • Binding and customeroriented appearance
