    Job Description
    Candidates must be able to work from our Philadelphia, New York, or Chicago offices. The Engagement Strategy team at CoLab focuses on creating experiences that resonate with people. They define how individuals interact with a brand, solve problems, and provide support for the future through integrated campaigns. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Engagement Strategy, who will lead the development of connected experiences for brands by understanding consumer behavior and designing engaging moments throughout the patient journey.

    What you'll do:
    As a Senior Manager, Engagement Strategy, you will utilize your expertise in data, media, and marketing to help clients enhance their channel ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Collaborating with teams to uncover patient behaviors for driving engagement
    • Utilizing channel knowledge to create personalized experiences for patients
    • Developing insights to support key business objectives
    • Building strong client relationships by providing guidance on market trends and consumer behaviors

    Qualifications
    This role requires 3-5 years of experience and a degree in a related field. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with a passion for innovation. Experience in Pharma marketing is essential, along with strong analytical and research skills. Additionally, you should be a creative thinker, excellent communicator, and skilled at managing teams.
