    How We Will Compensate You...

    With a commission-based compensation structure, your income potential is in your hands. In 2022, agents under the N8 and N9 Agent's Contract earned an average of $115,917 by meeting sales targets. Your individual performance will directly impact your earnings, alongside benefits like medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension plan.
