We are currently seeking to expand our team at our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf as:


Administrative Clerk - Financial Service Provider for Sparkassen (m/f/d)

Your new responsibilities:

  • You will independently process incoming orders
  • You will handle garnishments, among other things, using industrial automation solutions
  • You will research and respond to inquiries from authorities
  • You will be the point of contact for our clients and their customers
  • You will participate in quality assurance measures and actively contribute to continuous improvement processes in your area of responsibility

Your strengths include:

  • You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • You have good comprehension skills
  • You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
  • You are a good communicator and a team player
  • Quality and customer orientation are important to you
