Our next classes start in June of 2024.
We've got you covered with a variety of shifts.

We are currently hiring for schedules with start times that range between the following hours:

9:00 AM 3:30 PM EST (OH, PA, MD, DE, NJ)
8 : 00 AM 2:30 PM CST (IL)

AM - 1:30 PM MDT (UT)

6:00 AM 12:30 PM MST (AZ)

Note:
Shifts are Monday - Friday with weekends as assigned.

What You'll Do

During that communication proactively sells the loan to the customer along with other benefits.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

If working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You'll also need a minimum of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload speed from your internet provider. A wired connection is required.

We'll provide you with all the equipment you need Monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset, and an amazing new hire training experience.

You'll also have the best coaches to help you deliver the best service

How You'll Do It

Communicates with customer on loan acquisition calls.

Provides customers with consultative sales-based conversations. Sells the features and benefits of the loan.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics:

H.S. Diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have:

2+ years sales experience

In addition, this position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.

As such, upon active employment with Discover Financial Services, you will be required to either register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with Discover Financial Services.

Your continued employment in this position with Discover Financial Services is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $17.99 to $26.44. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
