- Oversee the daily operations of the residential home
- Ensure that the home is clean, safe, and comfortable for the residents
- Supervise and train staff members
- Manage schedules and maintain records
- Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support
- Communicate with families, guardians, and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Monitor and report on the progress of residents
- Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Great communication skills.
- Knowledge of the HCS and/or ICF-IID programs is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to perform all functions as stated in the Home Coordinator job description.
- Ability to operate various computer systems, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, email, Ultipro, and TMP.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Associate degree in any field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid Indiana Driver's license, good driving record, and valid insurance on any personal vehicle.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Job Summary:
The Home Coordinator (HC) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities.
