- Owns delivering sales, margin, and inventory goals across two channels.
- Develops B2B customer strategies to capture greater share of the B2B customer's technology spend. This will include customer research, data analysis and close partnership with cross functional partners.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to establish B2B customer strategies and drive the execution.
- Be the liaison for the full transactional technology team to position products and partner with sales to drive vertical specific wins.
- Leverage data insights to develop an understanding of their business, identify opportunities and gaps in the current strategy and to drive decision making.
- Has a real time pulse on the performance of their business and takes proactive action to address issues
- Ensure products are optimally represented online for all customers to create an optimal shopping experience
•Develop deep understanding of customer needs and shopping behaviors - Define then accelerate emerging trends in the technology space and how our strategy should evolve based on industry, competitor and technology trends
- Responsible for selecting vendors, brands and products to be sold; negotiate for lower net costs through volume incentives, rebates, advertising or promotional price support.
- Proven ability to drive sales and margin results
- Expertise in site metrics, such as visits, conversion, AOV, frequency, engagement
- 6 years of work experience or equivalent work experience and education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with B2B customers or sales teams preferred
