If you are looking to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, Optio Solutions is looking for you. We are seeking Full Time Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our Team in our Petaluma, Calif. office.
Sign on Bonus $1,000.00 ($250 at 30-day anniversary, $250 at 60-day anniversary, and $500 at 90-day anniversary). No call center experience, no problem. WE WILL TRAIN YOU All applicants are welcome.

Call Center Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will receive the tools needed for success, including paid training, industry-leading technology software, scripting and coaching to help you experience the highest level of success in your role.
Our representatives are responsible for:
- Successful completion of a comprehensive training program
- Making and receiving phone calls in accordance with FDCPA guidelines, various regulatory agencies and state and local laws
- Negotiating and soliciting payment arrangements
- Achieving daily phone requirements as determined by Management
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals as determined by Management
- Demonstrating dignity, respect and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and a desire to excel in a fun, fastpaced environment
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
- Motivation to learn, determination and a competitive spirit
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Basic computer skills
- Solid verbal communication and negotiating skills
