- Drive new business sales and establish relationship with customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Call & visit both existing and prospective customers (mostly inside sales)
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints and offer solutions to drive company revenue
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Work with Senior Management to plan, design & execute sales & marketing strategies
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in sales
- Demonstrated ability to close new business and expansion of services
- Polished with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Energetic and motivated with ability to work well independently and with a team
- No cap on commissions You set the pace for your success

Our Sales Representatives have complete control over their assigned territories and have a fantastic support staff designed to equip them with leads and execute deals quickly. We have a streamlined sales process and world-class clients. You would be responsible for developing and growing your own geographic territory of Manufacturing, Industrial and Distribution clients. Your merit, success and drive will help to provide the framework to gain the opportunity to make a decent living, having the ability to work with an uncapped commission structure
