    Description


    Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a *Contract Support Specialist/Facilities Coordinator* to its team.

    This role will work in *Allston, MA *and *works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. *This is a *contract to hire role* that pays *$21-22 per hour.
    • Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
    • Build and review management reports, including profit and loss (P&L), work in progress (WIP), Debt, Open Purchase Orders (OPOs), and Invoice Pools.
    • Coordinate billing applications, margin calculations, invoicing, and client submissions.
    • Facilitate the raising of Purchase Orders (POs) for vendor submissions.
    • Support management in identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities, improving customer and financial savings targets.
    • Compile data for monthly Contract Reviews to ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, assisting in the preparation and delivery of review materials.
    • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, enhancing buying practices, conducting supplier surveys, compiling monthly management reports, and ensuring statutory compliance.
    • Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, effectively communicating tasks and assisting in problem resolution.

    Must-Haves:

    • High School Diploma/GED required.
    • 2-4 years of experience in contract management and client care, preferably in financial institutions.
    • Proficiency with CMMS systems (e.g., ServiceInsight, Service Channel) and experience in CMMS planning, scheduling, and MRO management.
    • MAXIMO experience is preferred.
