Your tasks at a glance:

You are responsible for the final processing of customer inquiries, including research and feedback to customer service on topics such as securities settlements and yearend documents
You enter and process orders related to capital measures and foreign withholding taxes
You monitor and verify acquisition data
You are responsible for reviewing inquiries regarding foreign currency conversions on foreign currency accounts

Your qualifications:

You have completed a banking apprenticeship
You are customeroriented and have experience in written and oral response to customer inquiries
You have several years of professional experience in the back or middle office of a financial service provider or service center
You have good knowledge in the areas of stock exchange, securities, and
