    We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on Frontend development, to design, build, and scale our SaaS-based business intelligence platform, Hummingbird PXM using modern, cutting edge technologies.

    This involves using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript with the Angular framework to create a responsive, cohesive, and modern user interface, while working collaboratively with our Backend Engineers, using Java.

    The engineer will work in a cross functional agile team to ensure the best execution plan to achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities


    Works closely with the team to architect, develop, and deliver major features and functionality against the product roadmapDefines software best practices to include style guides, quality processes, peer reviews, design patterns, and engineering best practicesActively communicates daily progress on a cross-functional team, spots impediments, and helps teammates resolve emergent issuesActively participates in building and operating a CI/CD development modelBuilds visibility into the software system through logging, observability platform integration, and performance tracerouting, and optimizes the application for maximum speed and scalability.

    Ensures security compliance requirements are implemented in the delivery of software solutionDebugs, evaluates, and troubleshoots errors throughout the entire product lifecycleSkills & Requirements

    4+ years industry experience building scalable commercial software systemsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experienceExtensive experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSSExperience with with AngularWell versed in agile social coding best practices to include version control, peer review, test driven development, DRY maintainable coding, shift-left development, and scrum-based project executionExcellent written and verbal communication and technical presentation skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferredDesire to stay up to date with modern techniques and evolving technologiesJava expertise preferredExperience developing and delivering secure systems to include OWASP Top 10 remediation principles, vulnerability identification and remediation, and related secure coding best practices*Salary - $120,000 - $130,000 based on experience, background and location

    *Eligible to participate in the company bonus program

    All positions are fully remote.

    We cover 75% of the cost of medical insurance premiums for employees & their dependents with three medical plans through Blue Cross, Blue Shield.

    We cover 75% of the cost of dental and vision insurance premiums for employees & their dependents.

    We provide a 50% 401k match of the first 6% of the employee's contribution (for a max of 3%).We also provide $50,000 of life insurance, Long-term disability and an Employee Assistance Program.

    All new hires receive a $250 allowance to help them set up their home office.
