In this role, you will be involved in the production and design of innovative semiconductor products and microsystems.

Job Description:

Your work will be diverse and in your three-year training, you will learn all about semiconductor technology, chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes, and our production procedures.

Your tasks in production will include planning and organizing work processes and experimental series, as well as documenting and evaluating results.

In addition, you will also monitor, test, and inspect production processes. Therefore, quality control and logistics management will also be part of your responsibilities.

The theoretical input will be provided to you at the Municipal Vocational School I for Metal and Electrical Engineering in Regensburg.

We offer an attractive salary of up to 1,260 euros in the 3rd year of training, plus a pro-rated 13th month salary, vacation pay, and company pension contributions.

Additional workshops and trainings will complement your training.

The range of options is diverse:
health management, presentation techniques, MS Office training, and many more.

Successful employment after the training period is planned according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
