Residential Counselor - CILA Freeman**- A _
_CILA __(Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a _
_group home__ style living arrangement _
_for adults__ aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. _

Location:
Hoffman Estates, IL


Hours:
Part Time


Schedule:
Sunday 9am - Monday 9am _(24hrs/week)_


Pay:
$20/hr + Paid Training


_ Sign-on Bonus__: Full-Time staff will receive a total of _$2,000_ and Part-Time staff will receive total of _
_$__750_ _in bonuses the first year of employment with us_


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
  • Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual's use of community resources.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
  • Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be 21 years of age
