- Lead performance & marketing analytics reporting, leveraging data to offer insights on various trends at different levels like macro, geographic, retailer, and product
- Analyze seasonality and design sales trend tools to grasp and evaluate periodic performance; create diverse KPIs to evaluate growth strategies
- Oversee our business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Alloy, Nielsen, Skai, and Stackline to streamline analytics processes and enhance data capabilities across media and competitive intelligence
- Utilize competitive insights to formulate market share reports, media suggestions, channel strategies, and sales enhancements
- Conduct thorough analyses in areas of growth, including product prioritization and retailer performance
- Collaborate with Brand Managers on executing performance-oriented initiatives across various media programs
- Coordinate with Sales Planning regularly to link wholesale performances with POS stats and work on future strategies
- Conduct weekly & monthly performance meetings with key stakeholders to review company achievements and growth opportunities
- Engage in shaping the company's data & analytics architecture vision to enhance analysis efficiencies across the organization
- Annual Innovation Planning: Identify market whitespace through thorough research, trends, financial expectations, and revenue modeling
- Pricing & Revenue Management: Develop price and revenue forecasts for new products, guiding optimal selling strategies; lead pricing initiatives to boost revenue
- Product Financial Management: Aid in developing product recommendations, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and making adjustments when needed
- Licensing & Acquisition: Evaluate new product licensing opportunities, providing analysis and revenue forecasts
- Growth Modeling: Construct and lead the company's 5-year growth model in collaboration with the Finance team
- New Channel Development: Create strategic plans for new revenue channels and explore non-traditional revenue sources
- Handle additional projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen/IRI
- Strong communication skills, eager to share actionable insights
- Adept at working with incomplete datasets and uncertainties with a creative mindset
- Enthusiastic about tackling challenging, open-ended questions
- Team player, willing to collaborate with various departments
- Open to learning new skills to contribute to business growth
