    Job Requirements:

    • Hold and maintain a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license for Ohio
    • Ability to establish rapport and motivate patients
    • Collaboration with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, and staff
    • Adaptability to patient and environmental changes
    • Preferably experienced with adult or geriatric populations, though not mandatory
    • Desired but not mandatory: Experience in home healthcare
    • Access to reliable transportation for home health visits
    • A passion for assisting patients in their improvement journey

    More details:

    • Job Type: Full-time position
    • Salary: $ $33.00 per visit
    • Schedule: 8-hour shift
    • Work Location: Multiple locations
    • Benefits: Flexible schedule
    • Travel requirement: 50%
    • Medical specialties: Geriatrics and Home Health
    • Education: Associate degree (preferred)
    • License/Certification: Physical Therapy Assistant License (Required) & a valid Driver's License (required)
