    Start Date: ASAP

    End Date: May 21st, 2024

    We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Columbus, GA, starting immediately and concluding on May 21st, 2024. The selected candidate will work within a school-based setting, providing valuable support to enhance the learning experience of students.     Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to assess and address the unique needs of students.
    • Implement occupational therapy interventions to support students in achieving their educational goals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
    • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
    • Current licensure in the state of Georgia.
    • Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
