Maintenance Dispatcher AIRBUS (m/f/diverse)
in Hamburg


Your tasks:

Activity as a dispatcher in the maintenance department at AIRBUS with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Responsibility for the procurement of all equipment and spare parts on the factory premises
  • Obtaining offers
  • Initiating measures to eliminate internal and external missing parts
  • Participation in the optimization of spare parts management while adhering to processes
  • Monitoring of KPIs and satisfaction of internal customers
  • Maintenance of master data & daily exchange with our suppliers, partners and manufacturers from different countries
  • Consultation for new acquisitions, optimization of availability, extension of the service life of Airbus production equipment and reduction of the risk of production failures

Ideally, you bring the following requirements:

  • Completed vocational training with further training as a master or technician, e.g. as a plumbing and heating engineer, industrial mechanic, machine fitter or completed studies as an engineer in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or supply chain management / logistics or comparable (m/f/diverse)
  • Relevant professional experience in the areas of dispatch / material procurement, maintenance and servicing
  • Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
