Culinary program certificate or degree preferred, but not required
Applied sanitation knowledge and cleanliness is a must
Ability to read and execute a written recipe
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and procedures.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Must be able to work quickly on your feet for extended periods of time.
