We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Food & Beverage who can demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a great personality.This person must maintain calendars/meetings schedules and travel plans for supervisor. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.
The Administrative Assistant - Food & Beverage should provide administrative support to F&B leadership, Service, and culinary teams. This includes maintaining accurate records including schedules, payroll support, attendance call logs vacation planning departmental documentation preparing reports spreadsheets presentations related to F&B operations costs performance supporting purchasing processes purchase orders invoice tracking vendor coordination inventory documentation assisting with menu updates recipe costing internal communications maintenance filing systems digital physical company standards acting liaison between Service Culinary Finance hotel departments ensure seamless communication supporting Service team peak periods special events onboarding documentation training coordination new F&B colleagues compliance brand standards hygiene safety documentation scheduling meetings take minutes follow action items handling internal external correspondence professionally timely manner TBD buyout large party planning activations administrative perspective.
