    Job Overview:

    A key aspect of this role is to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, provide nursing care, assess its effectiveness, and supervise nursing assistants and other staff in delivering high-quality care. The supervision should align with relevant regulations, ensuring the maintenance of superior care standards. Adherence to health, sanitation, and infection control policies is crucial, following the guidelines set by the community's management and Nursing Procedures.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Active LPN license in the relevant state
    • Current CPR certification
    • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
    • Ability to comprehend and execute instructions effectively
    • Good interpersonal skills with attention to detail
    • Capability to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues
    • Aptitude for maintaining safety and hygiene practices
    • Flexibility to work per assigned schedules
    • Non-disruptive to the safety of others

    Preferred Experience:

    • Prior exposure to long-term care is advantageous

    Work Shift & Compensation:

    • Full-Time and Part-Time roles are open for application
    • Night-Shift positions available
    • Salary: Up to $37.00 hourly
