Sanova Dermatology is seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager **who handles sales for our cosmetic products e-commerce platform as well as leading marketing efforts for our medical practices, provides medical and cosmetic Dermatology services.

The Marketing Manager will work with our leadership team on executing marketing programs and activities to support companywide efforts, as well.

• Implements existing marketing strategies, improving on those strategies and helping to identify new strategies. Create and implement marketing/media plans that include print, online, tradeshows, and social networking opportunities.
• Supports a wide variety of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects for Sanova Dermatology (product marketing, marketing of dermatology/cosmetic services, etc.).
• Create and design graphics and designs for collateral materials used in print, web, and live presentations (e.g. Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Quickly establish rapport and credibility with internal staff/providers, existing accounts, and pending prospects. Develop existing relationships into steady referral sources.
• Manage the content of our ecommerce website to ensure that it is current, dynamic, relevant, and effective. Fulfills online orders and provides customer service related to online product sales. Maintain display shelves in our brick and mortar retail store. Prepare monthly sales summary. And distribute flyers/product sheets.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing events (e.g., open houses, monthly lunch and learns, digital events, media events, trade shows) and internal events (holiday, morale boosters, employee appreciation, company gatherings, and meetings). Assist with event, mailings, giftbags, swag prep, room setup, and RSVP tracking.
• Manage all social media sites by keeping them active and dynamic. Participate in monthly social media planning meeting. Obtain/generate 15 pieces of relevant social media content for use monthly.
• Organize and streamline service offerings into customerfriendly concepts.
• CRM data entry and management.
• Support the Marketing VP on special projects.
• Create and execute publicity campaigns and press releases.
• Performs all duties and services in full compliance with Sanova Dermatology Core Values.
• Maintain (and raise) the values, standards, and culture of this company at all times.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, advertising, design or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare, cosmetic services/products, or consumer products.
• Proficiency and strong experience with Canva, Adobe Pro, and presentation software design features (e.g., Google Slides/PowerPoint).
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people for a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperaments.
• Ability to work independently and initiate action within defined parameters and ambiguous situations.
• Outstanding organizational and timemanagement skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development and implementation processes.
