The HA Hessen Agency GmbH is looking for a full-time Project Assistant (m/f/d) Campaigns for the Innovation and Sustainability Projects department as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting project management for campaigns to attract skilled workers/teachers using all modern methods (offline and online)
  • Coordinating agencies and individual contractors for creative, design, and social media services
  • Implementing sub-projects, including performance and budget control
  • Collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams
  • Assisting in processes and procedures for campaign and project management
  • Supporting the editorial team for campaign websites and developing editorial plans for social media channels, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Your profile:

  • Degree or training in media or creative field, or alternatively in business administration
