What to expect

As part of our team, you will advise companies in the financial sector on current regulatory requirements, with a focus on sustainability/ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance).

You will support credit institutions, financial service providers, or FinTechs from conception to implementation of current European and national requirements on ESG and analyze their impact on business models, risk management, and reporting of the institutions.

You will also be involved in conducting sustainability analyses, ESG classifications, and implementing reporting standards according to the EU Taxonomy, the Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and the CSRD.

An agile working style, close collaboration with adjacent departments, and continuous professional development characterize your work.
What you bring
Successfully completed studies in economics, law, financial mathematics, business informatics, or a comparable degree program
First experiences (e.g. internships) in the field of ESG, risk management, or banking supervisory law
A good sense for the requirements and needs of our clients and a high level of motivation, proactivity, and curiosity
Excellent communication skills in German and English
