What to expect?

As a working student in customer success (m/f/d), you will support our customer success management, which takes care of our B2B customers throughout the customer lifecycle
You will help us position Visable and our digital platforms wlw & europages in the best possible way for our B2B customers to generate interest in using our products
You will collect feedback and insights and share them with internal departments to support the development of customer-oriented strategies and the improvement of new features
You will work closely with customer success managers to ensure that our service meets the needs and requirements of our customers
