YOUR TASKS
- Taking over all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including creating employment contracts, issuing employment references, and written correspondence
- Acting as an operational interface for HR business partners
- Contact person (m/f/d) for authorities, social security agencies, and auditors regarding HR matters
- Preparation of monthly salary statements for the external service provider
- Taking on and carrying out special projects, for example, as part of process optimizations
