RN - Med Surg (Nights)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

This is a full-time position.


Position:
RN - Med Surg (Nights)


Location:
Great Barrington, MA


Facility:
Hospital


Duration:13 Weeks Contract with possible extension


Shift:7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 12x3


Pay Rate:
$55-$63/hr


Requirement:


  • COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23)
  • 2 years current Med Surg experience
  • IV experience REQUIRED
  • BSN Preferred


  • PEARS

  • Pediatric Emergency Assessment and Stabilization preferred
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
  • MA RN license

Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
  • Assist with ambulatory surgery center procedures
  • Phlebotomize and perform venipuncture as needed
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems (Epic) for medical documentation

$ $63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
