Palmdale Regional Medical Center serves the region by providing high quality medical services to residents of the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities.

The Rehabilitation Institute, the hospital features 184 licensed acute care beds as well as inpatient and outpatient surgery, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, cardiac services featuring a STEMI Receiving Center (heart attack) and a 35-bed 24-hour emergency department.

Essential Job Duties:

Compiles reports/presentation drafts for Business Development Department on behalf of the Director and department leaders.

Provides support for development and entry of marketing materials into the electronic portals and platforms, runs reports and provides data as needed.

Coordinates and attends meetings, events, and learning opportunities connected with department functions. Performs administrative support as needed/requested. Serves as department point of contact for visitors or physicians needing support.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

General Education requiered.
1 year experience administrative, secretarial, sales, or marketing.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
