- Identify areas for process enhancements and operational efficiencies within the finance department.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to enact process improvements and streamline financial workflows.
- Develop and document standardized operating procedures to foster consistency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise the cost allocation process to guarantee the precise and fair distribution of expenses.
- Evaluate cost allocation methodologies and propose enhancements to optimize cost management.
- Harness technology, including Power BI, to augment financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and suggest tools to enhance financial processes.
- Work in tandem with IT to implement and integrate financial systems and software effectively.
- Generate routine financial reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI for managerial review.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights into business performance and trends.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in general ledger management, financial reporting, and cost allocations.

- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and implement efficient financial processes.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in using Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
