Description

The 2024 summer program will run May through August. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Participate in team meetings and projects to enhance processes, innovation, drive company measurables, and learn about the organization
Support team in meeting team objectives by owning or assisting with various projects
Track progress on work and projects in order to provide updates to management as needed
Attend program lunch-and-learn sessions and other learning and development opportunities to grow professionally and learn about the Tommy's brand
To conclude internship, prepare a presentation to showcase your work to others within the internship program and team members company-wide

Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

Currently pursuing associates or bachelor's degree
Previous internship experience a plus
Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
High level of integrity and dependability

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment as Tommy companies are committed to an in-person culture. Office operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; calculator, copy machine and printer
Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
