Your Training

After completing your secondary school education or (technical) high school diploma, we will prepare you for your professional career. In our customer center in Duisburg, you will learn everything you need, especially office management and project work. You will also gain a complete insight into the processes of a bank. And because you learn the most in practice, you will be part of the team from day one and can immediately put what you have learned into practice. Regular feedback discussions and the support of our trainers will help you to constantly improve. To deepen your practical knowledge, you will participate in digital trainings and exciting seminars at our own training academy.
