- Perform mammography/radiology studies in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner obtaining high-quality images ready for interpretation
- Prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment and/or devices indicated
- Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist
- Check the operation of the equipment, maintain cleanliness of table/equipment to prevent cross-contamination of contagious diseases and keep room stocked with necessary supplies
- Graduate of a 24-month Radiology Technology program at an AMA approved school
- Minimum of 1-3 years previous Mammography Tech experience
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Valid ARRT (M) certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of the use and maintenance of equipment specific to mammography
- Ability to lift 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs

Mammography Technician (or Mammographer) PRN/Per Diem
Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals.
We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed Mammography Technician to perform routine preventative and diagnostic mammographic procedures including stereotactic, ABBI and breast needle localization procedures.
